摘要
目的确定影响氢溴酸右美沙芬片含量测定(紫外分光光度法)的影响因素,摸索高效液相色谱法测定氢溴酸右美沙芬的含量。方法采用2种辅料分别制备样品,用不同的检验用水、不同检验方法分别进行含量测定。结果用紫外分光光度法测定含量时,不同的辅料和检验用水对测定结果有显著影响;建立了高效液相色谱法测定氢溴酸右美沙芬片含量的方法。结论用紫外分光光度法测定含量时,受辅料和溶剂(水)的影响较大,干扰因素多;建立的高效液相色谱法不受辅料干扰,方法简单、准确,平均回收率为99.75%。
Objective To determine the influencing factors of the content determination of Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide Tablets（UV method） and to explore the HPLC determination method.Methods The samples were prepared with 2 kinds of assistant materials respectively.To determine the content of dextromethorphan hydrobromide with different testing water and different test Methods.Results In the content determination of dextromethorphan hydrobromide by UV,different assistant materials and different testing water had significant influence on the detection Results.The HPLC determination method for the content of Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide Tablets was established.Conclusion The content determination of dextromethorphan hydrobromide by UV has many interference factors such as assistant materials and solvent（water）.The established HPLC method is simple,accurate without interference of assistant materials and with the average recovery rate of 99.75%.
