摘要
介绍了以VB作为上位机前面板,以Mega16为下位机核心,采用公用电话网作为数据传输介质的阀门控制远程诊断系统的设计方法及工作原理.该系统通过模拟开关采集现场数据,并通过MODEM经由电话网将数据传送到上位机,利用VB制作的上位机界面对数据进行分析,判断设备故障所在.所设计诊断系统,不仅可以进行远程诊断,也可以根据实际情况在现场进行故障诊断,为用户提供了多种选择,方便用户以最适合自己的方式来快速解决系统故障.该系统已成功应用于阀门故障检测系统中.
The mechanism of remote diagnosis system design methods is introduced using VB as a host computer before the panel to Mega16 crew for the next core,and public telephone network as a data transmission medium of valve control.Field data are collected through the analog switch,and the data are transfered through MODEM via telephone network to a host computer,using host computer interface for data analysis and determining equipment failure.This diagnostic system is designed for remote diagnostics and field fault diagnosis to provide users with a variety of options suitable to resolve system failures quickly.The system has been successfully applied to a valve fault detection system.
