儿童间变性大细胞淋巴瘤伴噬血细胞综合征2例 被引量：3

摘要 患儿1 男性，13岁。因“发现左侧腹股沟包块1＋个月，发热10＋d”于2006-06—30入本院。病史采集：入院前1＋个月，发现左侧腹股沟一串蚕豆大小包块，质硬，不活动，无压痛，局部皮肤无红肿，未就医。入院前20d，包块进行性增大至约4．0cm×2．0cm×2．0cm，伴精神差，四肢乏力，于当地基层医院诊治（具体不详），无好转。
