糖尿病并发TIA患者血浆hs-CRP、Hcy水平与预后的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病并发短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者血浆高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与预后的关系。方法选择70例糖尿病并发TIA者,随访1年,根据TIA发生情况分为3组:A组(TIA发生2~4次)37例、B组(发展为缺血性卒中)8例、C组(未再发生TIA及缺血性卒中)27例,同期选择30例糖尿病无TIA患者作为对照组(D组)。分别检测A、B、C组24 h内及D组入院空腹12 h后血浆hs-CRP、Hcy水平。结果 A、B组患者血浆hs-CRP、Hcy水平明显高于C、D组(P均<0.05),且糖尿病多次并发TIA患者hs-CRP水平均显著高于糖尿病首次并发TIA者。结论血浆hs-CRP、Hcy水平可作为评价糖尿病并发TIA患者预后的指标。
