摘要
在我国汽车产业不断融入全球产业链且节能减排逐渐成为汽车产业发展要求这一时代背景下,利用1995年到2009年相关数据对汽车净出口率进行了实证分析,结果表明较高的科研投入报酬率及职工工资水平都不同程度地促进了我国汽车产业在全球产业链中的发展,而对高排量汽车提高消费税率则对其有阻碍作用。最后,提出了相应地提高我国汽车产业国际竞争力的政策建议。
Nowadays, China's auto industry has involved into global industry chain and energy conservation & emission reduction is becoming the requirement of auto industry development Under the above conditions , based on the balanced panel data of China' s auto industry from ]995 to 2009, this paper uses multivariate regressions to test China' s auto industry net export rati- o. The empirical results manifest that a higher return- rate on R&D investment and average annual wages of staff promote the development of China' s auto industry in global industry chain in varying degrees, which is hindered by raising consumption tax rate to high- emission vehicles. At last, according to the empirical results, suggestions for improvement of China' s auto industry international competitiveness are given.
