摘要
通过ANSYS对卡爪高颈透镜垫连接器进行接触分析,研究透镜垫接触应力、压缩变形、接触宽度和接触载荷之间关系及自紧性。结果表明透镜垫接触载荷线性变化、接触应力分布不均匀、接触宽度非线性变化、密封面与轴向夹角增大和自紧性与垫片的结构型式、几何尺寸和材料有关。
Through contact analysis of claw hub lens ring connector by using ANSYS,self-energizing and the relationship between contact stress,compressive deformation,contact width and contact load of lens ring were studied.The results showed that contact load varied linearly,contact stress distributed unevenly,contact width varied nonlinearly,the angle between sealing surface and axis of lens ring increased,and the property of self-energizing sealing was related to structure type,geometric dimension and material of gasket.
