摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法一次性制备了顺磁绝缘/铁磁金属相复合材料La1.4Sr1.6Mn2O7/La0.67Sr0.33MnO3系列样品.用X射线衍射仪分析了样品的晶体结构,通过多功能物理测试系统测量了样品的磁特性.研究发现,复合样品从高温到低温明显经历了2次磁相变过程,在TC1与TC3D之间磁化强度的数值随温度基本保持不变,并且随113相的增加磁化强度逐渐升高,而在小于TC3D的温区,磁化强度却随113相的增加先减小再增大.这种现象主要是由复合材料中113相含量的变化及两相在不同温区的磁耦合造成的.
Paramagnetic insulator/ferromagnetic conductor composites La1.4Sr1.6Mn2O7/La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 is successfully prepared by one-step sol-gel mothed.The crystal structures are analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),the magnetic properties are measured by PPMS.Two magnetic transition temperatures are found in this composite from high temperature to low temperature.The magnetization holds the line and the magnitude of magnetization increases between TC1 and TC3D with the fraction of La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 phase increasing,but below TC3D the magnitude of magnetization decreases and then increases with the fraction of La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 phase increasing.The phenomenon in the composites is due to the content change of 113 phases and magnetic coupling each other at different temperature range.
