摘要
以旋转涂膜技术制备了m(MEH-PPV)∶m(Alq3)为5∶1,5∶2,5∶4,11和1∶2的MEH-PPV/Alq3复合膜.利用紫外可见吸收谱和荧光光谱研究了该复合膜的能量转移和光学性质.结果表明,Alq3的发射谱和MEH-PPV的吸收谱存在较大的重叠,此暗示在复合膜发光过程中从Alq3到MEH-PPV的能量转移起着重要作用.此外,在室温到80℃之间,测量了复合膜的发光性质,结果显示复合膜的能量转移和发光性质都严重受热淬灭.总之,复合物发光性质除了依赖掺杂浓度外,还受退火温度的影响.
The tris(8-hydroxyquinolinato)-aluminum(Alq3),whose weight proportion was from 5∶1 to 1∶2(m(MEH-PPV)∶m(Alq3)),was blended with poly[2-methoxy-5-(2-'ethyl hexyloxy)-1,4-phenylene vinylene](MEH-PPV) in chloroform solvent,and thin films were prepared by the spin-coating technique.The effects of thermal annealing on the energy transfer and optical properties of the blend films were investigated using ultraviolet/visible spectroscopy(UV/vis) and photoluminescence(PL) spectroscopy.A large overlap was noticed between the Alq3 emission and the MEH-PPV absorption spectra,suggesting that the energy transfer in the blend films played an important role in the PL process.Moreover,the luminescent properties of the blended films were measured under a temperature ranging from room temperature to 80 ℃,and the results suggested that energy transfer and luminescent properties of the blend films were badly affected by the thermal quenching process.In a word,the luminescent properties of blend films depended on proper annealing temperature as well as on dopant concentration.
