摘要
在介绍了移动机器人整体结构的基础上,重点介绍了各部分隔爆结构的设计,包括驱动轴和隔爆壳体的联接设计,端盖和壳体的联接设计,以及全向视觉结构和壳体的隔爆设计,指出隔爆设计需注意的法兰端面宽度和高度,轴承盖的设计,隔爆接合面宽度和间隙等问题,为今后矿井机器人的设计提供参考。
Base on the introduction of the overall structure of the mobile robot,focus on the explosion-proof structure design of each separate,including the link design of drive shaft and explosion-proof housing,cover and shell link design,and the explosion-proof design of omnidirectional visual structure and housing,explosion that the explosion design should pay attention to the flange face width and height,bearing cap design,explosion-proof joints width and gap and other problems,provide reference for future mine robots design.
