摘要
利用AMEISim软件,建立了带式输送机输送带的动态仿真模型。对满载可控启动工况下的带式输送机进行了动态仿真。通过仿真,得出了靠近驱动滚筒机头输送带与机尾输送带处的张力变化规律。通过对4种不同启动时间下输送带的张力仿真结果的对比,发现输送带动态特性随启动时间增长的非线性变化规律。结果表明,AMESIM作为一种拥有图形化的开发环境的软件,对输送机的动态分析结果与实际情况较符合,可以为输送机系统优化设计提供新的手段和方法。
This paper using AMEISim software,established a dynamic simulation model for belt of belt conveyor,and carried out dynamic simulation for belt conveyor in condition of controlled starting up and full loads.Through simulation,the corresponding tension in head which near driving drum and tail of belt is obtained.With four different start up time tension simulation results contrast,we found nonlinear change rule of dynamic characteristics of conveyor belt as start time growth.The results show that AMESim as a graphical development environment of software,the dynamic analysis results of conveyor is better accords with actual situation,and provides a new means and methods for later conveyor system optimization design.
