摘要
介绍了钻机卡盘连杆式増力机构的结构和工作原理。利用多体系统动力学理论,在ADAMS中建立了増力机构的虚拟样机,并对其夹持效果进行了动态仿真分析。通过仿真得到关键量参数及其变化曲线,依据仿真结果分析机构传动特点,改进机构设计尺寸,实现工作机构的进一步优化。
The introduction of structures and working principles of connecting-rod force-enhancing mechanisms of drill chuck were included.With the dynamics theories of multi-body system,set up the virtual sample machines of the force-enhancing mechanisms in ADAMS and carried out dynamic simulation analysis of function of the force-enhancing mechanisms.Key parameters and their curves were got by the simulation.According to the results of simulation,concluded the transmission characteristics of the mechanism,the design dimensions were improved and the working mechanisms were optimized.
