摘要
荷兰技术哲学追从"经验转向"范式,在后现象学分析框架下形成的"特文特模式"具有描述性维度与规范性维度,通过双重聚焦技术价值的伦理和非伦理部分,提供了一种技术哲学的研究视角。并且,"经验转向"在"特文特模式"的后现象学纲领下引入文化元素,将推动技术哲学的"文化转向"。
Following the ＂empirical turn＂ paradigm,philosophy of technology of the Netherlands has created the ＂Twente Model＂ that is with the descriptive and normative dimensions under the post-phenomenological analysis framework.By means of dually focusing on ethical or non-ethical technological values ＂Twente Model＂ provided a research perspective of the philosophy of technology.In the meantime ＂Empirical turn＂ introduces and absorbs the cultural elements in the epost-phenomenological program of the ＂Twente Model＂,which will promote ＂cultural turn＂ in the philosophy of technology.
