摘要
目的:对Fas/FasL途径的凋亡在川崎病发病中的情况进行研究。方法:采用双抗体夹心Elisa法测定正常健康对照组以及川崎病患儿血清中sFasL浓度。结果:和健康对照组儿童相比较,川崎病患儿急性期血清中sFasL浓度明显降低;经过治疗后,处于亚急性期的川崎病患儿血清中sFasL浓度较急性期明显升高;而在亚急性期,血清中sFasL浓度较健康对照组儿童相比无明显差异。结论:在川崎病的急性期Fas/FasL途径的凋亡减少,病情稳定后体内细胞凋亡现象趋于正常,提示在川崎病的发病机制中,细胞凋亡参与其中。
objective: To study the apoptosis about Fas/FasL channel in Kawasaki disease.Methods: To determine the concentration of sFasL in serum of normal group and Kawasaki disease patient with Elisa.Results: Compared with normal group,the concentration of sFasL in acute phase serum of Kawasaki disease patient is depression obviously.The concentration of sFasL in subacute stage serum of Kawasaki disease patient is advanced obviously compared with which in the acute phase.While in subacute stage,the difference is not obvious about the concentration of sFasL compared with normal group.Conclusion: The apoptosis about Fas/FasL channel is decreased at acute phase in Kawasaki disease patient.The apoptosis is tendency to normal when pathogenetic condition stable.We can make a conclusion that apoptosis participates the pathogenesy about Kawasaki disease.
