摘要
目的:探讨鼻内镜下YAG激光治疗鼻中隔棘突状弯曲的方法及疗效。方法:我们选择鼻中隔弯曲的患者29例,均为单侧鼻中隔呈棘状突起者,在鼻内镜下利用YAG激光行鼻中隔矫正术。结果:经过6至36个月的随访,所有患者鼻塞和头痛等症状消失,无并发症出现。结论:在鼻内镜下利用YAG激光矫正鼻中隔棘突的方法,视野清晰,操作简单,出血少,并发症少,病人痛苦少,门诊局麻下就可完成手术,疗效可靠,节省医疗资源。
Objective： To evaluate the curative effect of resection of septalspur were treated by Nd： YAG laser under nasal endoscope. Method： 29 eases patients with septal spur deviation were chose tobe treated by Nd; YAG laser under nasal endoscope. Result： After 6 to 36 months＇ following -up, All patients got fullrecovery without any complications. Conclusion： this technique was proved to be effective, have clearoperative field, easy to operate, with mild side reactions. And theoperation can be finished in the outpatient department.
