摘要 针对第四方物流作业多属性指派决策问题,推广TOPSIS法的思想,引入待定解、正理想解、负理想解等参数,给出了待定解、正理想解、负理想解等参数的表达式,建立了基于TOPSIS法的不考虑整合和考虑整合的第四方物流多属性指派决策模型。并设计了相应的遗传算法用以对模型求解,通过对20个算例进行求解分析,表明该方法有一定优势。 For the multi-attribute assignment problem for the fourth party logistics,this paper extends the idea of TOPSIS algorithm,introduces the parameters of undetermined solution,ideal solution,and negative ideal solution,and provides formula for these solutions.Furthermore,the paper develops a multi-attribute assignment model for 4PL with and without integration and proposes a genetic algorithm to solve the models.20 numerical examples shows that the proposed method has some advantage.
