右美托咪定对蛛网膜下腔出血介入栓塞治疗患者的心肌保护作用 被引量：5

摘要 介入栓塞治疗因为创伤小、操作时间短等特点，是治疗脑动脉瘤（IA）急性期高风险患者的重要手段。脑动脉瘤蛛网膜下腔出血（IA—SAH）患者常伴有不同程度的心脏损害，不但对临床预后有重要的影响，也是手术麻醉需要重视的问题。因此，对IA—SAH患者围手术期应用保护心肌的药物和方法，监测心肌损害及心功能预后的敏感指标非常重要。
