同一生态环境不同类型甘薯主要性状与粗纤维含量的相关研究 被引量:2

Related Study on Main Characters and Contents of Crude Fiber of Different Sweetpotato Types in Same Ecological Environment

摘要 山东是中国甘薯的主产区,如何发挥甘薯优势,增强甘薯及其制品的竞争力已成为当今甘薯研究的首要课题。针对目前甘薯生产上品种繁多的现状,选择北方甘薯生产上正在推广的16个不同类型甘薯品种进行试验,测定甘薯的鲜薯产量、烘干率、薯干产量、薯干淀粉率、粗纤维含量以及它们之间的相关系数。结果表明,鲜薯产量最高的是‘南薯8号’,为74253.25kg/hm2,烘干率最高的是‘商薯025-6’,为39.19%,薯干产量最高的是‘南薯8号’,为25857.6kg/hm2,薯干淀粉率最高的是‘商薯025-6’(73.03%),薯干粗纤维含量最低的是‘商薯025-6’(1.8%)。同一生态环境下食用型品种‘南薯88’的鲜薯产量和薯干产量都最高‘;鲁薯8号’‘、齐宁031’、‘北京553’、‘南薯8号’、‘泰中6号’既可作为食用型品种又可作为淀粉工业型品种;所有供试品种的粗纤维含量均较低;鲜薯产量与薯干产量之间存在极高度的正相关,淀粉率与烘干率之间存在高度正相关;食味总评与薯干淀粉率的相关性不明显。 Shandong province is the main sweetpotato production area in China.How to bring the superiority of sweetpotato into full play and strengthen sweetpotato competitiveness,became the first subject in sweetpotato studied.According to the present situation of sweetpotato product,16 different sweetpotato varieties were used for experiment,which varieties were on extension in north.The fresh root yield,drying material rate,dry root yield,dry root starch rate,crude fiber content and related coefficient before them were determined.The results showed:The highest fresh root yield was ' Nanshu8 ',which was 74253.25 kg/hm 2.The highest drying material rate was ' Shangshu025-6 ',which was 39.19%.The highest dry root yield was ' Nanshu8 ',which was 25857.6 kg/hm 2.The highest dry root starch rate was ' Shangshu025-6 ',which was 73.03%.The lowest crude fiber content was ' Shangshu025-6 ',which was 1.8%.In the same ecological environment,the fresh root yield and dry root yield of edible-type ' Nanshu8 ' were highest.' Lushu8 ',' Qining031 ',' Beijing553 ',' Nanshu8 ',' Taizhong6 ' could be used as edible-type and starch industrial-type varieties.Crude fiber content of all varieties was lower.Positive correlation between the fresh root yield and dry root yield was very significant,and positive correlation between the drying material rate and dry root starch rate was significant.The correlation between taste global impression and dry root starch rate was not significant.
