摘要
基于ARM7内核的LPC2144芯片,利用μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式实时操作系统的可裁剪性、可移植性和多任务等特点支持下的数据采集装置,研究了数据采集装置在工业控制系统中的应用,在生产过程中可对生产现场的各种参数进行采集、监视和记录;数据采集是控制系统实现控制的基本条件,只有准确实时的获取对象的运行数据才能实施有效的控制。结果表明ARM7内核+嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ的移植数据采集装置,具有低成本、低功耗、微型化、精度高、运行稳定、性价比高等特点,不仅使其采集性能大幅度提高,而且抗干扰能力和实时性显著增强,可以在各种工业场合中广泛应用。
A data acquisition device is designed in this paper,which adopts LPC2144 chip that based on ARM7 core and uses the advantages of μC/OS-Ⅱ embedded real-time operating system that are better cutting,portability as well as multi-tasking.The use of data acquisition device in the industrial control system is studied in detail.The device can collect,monitor and record kinds of parameters in production field.It is indicated by experiments that this device has the advantages such as low cost,low power consumption,micro-scale technology,and high accuracy,steady running,cost-effective,etc.In view of these advantages this device can be applied widely in kinds of industrial occasions.
