Determination of isomeric naphthalene sulfonate in environmental water by ion suppression chromatography

摘要 建立了环境水中萘磺酸染料中间体α-萘磺酸钠、β-萘磺酸钠同分异构体的离子抑制色谱(ISC)分析方法。以Eclipse XDB-C18为色谱分析柱,优化出的色谱分离条件:流动相为V(水,pH=4)∶V(甲醇)=90∶10;流速0.7mL/min;柱温40℃;检测波长275 nm。α-萘磺酸钠、β-萘磺酸钠的加样萃取回收率为85%和90%,样品的检出限为2.0μg/L。检测方法简便,快速,经济,数据重现性好。 The analytical method for determining or-sodium naphthalene sulfonate and β-sodium naphthalene sulfonate isomeride in environmental water by ion suppression chromatography (ISC)has been established. The analytical column of ISC is Eclipse XDB-C18. The optimized chromatographic separation conditions are as follows: the mobile phase of V (water,pH=4) :V (methanol)=90:10 at a flow rate of 0.7 mL/min,temperature of column at 40 ℃ and detected wavelength at 275 nm. The sample extraction recovery rates of α-sodium naphthalene sulfonate andβ-sodium naphthalene sulfonate are 85% and 90%, respectively. The detection limit of samples is about 2.0 μg/L. The method is simple, rapid, economic and the reproduction quality of data is good.
