摘要
血小板活化因子(platelet—activating factor,PAF)是一种具有多种生理功能的内源性磷脂,其生物学活性极强,在体内多种生理、病理过程中均可发挥作用。1970年,Henson等发现白细胞可刺激血小板分泌一种“可溶性因子”;1972年,Benveniste等在家兔中发现该种“可溶性因子”可由IgE致敏的嗜碱性粒细胞释放出来,具有活化血小板的作用,遂首次将其命名为PAF,
