摘要
应用水溶性酚醛树脂作为表面施胶剂来提高箱板纸的强度。研究结果表明,酚醛树脂能够提高纸张环压强度,最大增幅可达167%,却降低了纸张的耐破度;玉米氧化淀粉对酚醛树脂有协同增强效应,1:1质量比复配,施胶量5 g/m^2时,环压强度增强幅度达78%,耐破度增强幅度为15.7%。
In this paper, a water soluble phenolic resin was employed as a surface sizing agent to improve the strength of case board paper. The resin could increase the ring-crush strength of case board paper to an extent of 167% higher, but it decreased the bursting strength. Oxidized corn starch was found to have synergistic effect with the phenolic resin in enhancing paper strengthes. When the starch was mixed with the phenolic resin in a proportion of 1 : 1, and the sizing weight was at 5 g/mE, ring-crush and bursting strength of case board paper were increased by up to 78% and 15.7% respectively.
