摘要
以三聚氰胺和甲醛为原料制得三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(MF),将其与辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯(10)(OP-10)、正戊烷、甲酸混合均匀后制备MF泡沫。结果表明,MF的黏度随反应时间增加而提高;MF泡沫的表观密度首先随着甲酸用量的增加而减小,然后再增加;MF泡沫有良好的阻燃性和热稳定性。
The melamine-formaldehyde resin(MF) was prepared with melamine and formaldehyde as raw materials,and then blended the resultant homogeneously with OP- 10,pentane and formic acid to prepare MF foam.The results show that the viscosity of MF increases with the reaction time increasing;the apparent density of MF foam decreases with the content of formic acid growing first,and then increases;MF foam has good flame retardant and great thermal stability.
