Optimization of Construction Scheme for Deep Foundation Pit of Pylon Pier Pile Cap of Cable-Stayed Bridge over Suiyan Road

摘要 跨穗盐路斜拉桥采用对称独塔双索面塔梁固结体系,桥塔墩紧邻既有西环高速公路高架桥基础,桥塔墩承台采用钢板桩围堰法施工。为确保该桥支护结构的稳定性和西环高速公路高架桥的整体结构安全,结合实际情况,将原钢板桩施工方案优化为"局部旋喷桩+钢板桩"施工方案,并通过增设1道钢板桩围堰圈梁、2种方式布设旋喷桩及分层浇筑承台混凝土等措施,解决了紧邻既有桥梁深基坑施工难题,缩短了承台施工工期,节约了施工成本。 The Cable-Stayed Bridge over Suiyan Road employs a single pylon and double cable planes cable-stayed bridge with symmetric span arrangement and with rigid fixity of the pylon and girder.The pylon pier of the bridge is located closely at the foundations of the existing viaduct on the West Ring Expressway and the pile cpa of the pylon pier was to be construed by the steel sheet pile cofferdam method.To ensure the stability of the supporting structure of the bridge,the global structural safety of the adjacent viaduct and in consideration of the actual conditions at the construction site,the original construction scheme of the steel sheet piles was optimized as a new scheme of the local rotary jet grouting piles plus steel sheet piles.Also by adding a ring beam to the cofferdam and two ways of arranging the rotary jet grouting piles and concreting the pile cap in layers,the problem of construction of the deep foundation pit closely adjacent to the viaduct was hence resolved,the working time schedule for the pile cap was shortened and the construction cost was saved.
