摘要
目的:探讨马齿苋醇提取物对胰岛素抵抗型大鼠的降脂降压作用。方法:随机将50只大鼠分成5组(对照组、模型组、依那普利组、马齿苋醇提取物低剂量组和高剂量组),每组10只动物。后4组高脂、高糖和高盐饲料饲养8周后,后3组分别给予依那普利和不同剂量马齿苋醇提取物灌胃4周,检测各组大鼠血压、肾素(renin)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、血脂、血糖、SOD活性、丙二醛(MDA)以及TNF-α等。结果:马齿苋醇提取物高剂量组能有效降低胰岛素抵抗大鼠血压以及血中血脂、AngⅡ、MDA和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的水平,并增强胰岛素敏感性和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结论:马齿苋醇提取物具有降低胰岛素抵抗型大鼠血脂和血压等作用,其作用机制可能与其影响肾素-血管紧张素系统等有关。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of Purslane extract(PLE)on blood pressure and serum lipid in a rats model of insulin resistance(IR). METHODS 51) rats were randomly divided into 5 groups(n = 10)), there were control group(CG) ,model group(MG), enalapril group(EPG), low and high-dose group of Purslane extract (PLE-L and PLE-H). After the CG was bred with normal feedstuff, other group was bred 8 weeks with feedstuff of high liquid, high sugar and high salt. These animals were given drugs respectively for 4 weeks with normal sodium(NS), enalapril, low and high-dose of PLE. Then the plasma renin, an giotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ ), serum lipid, fasting blood glucose, insulin-sensitivity index(ISI), activity of SOD, levels of MDA and TNF-α,ete,were detected in rats. RESULTS These indexes were reduced by the high dose PLE, such as the blood pressure, serum lipid, Ang Ⅱ.MDA and TNF-α,but the activity of ISI and SOD were reinforced. CONCLUSION The PLE possesses an effect that degrades the blood pressure and serum lipid in a rats model of insulin resistance, its mechanism of action is concerned with renin-angiotensinamide system.
