微波消解-原子吸收光谱法测定肠内营养粉(维沃)中八种金属元素的含量 被引量:6

摘要 肠内营养粉(维沃)在临床上主要用于危重病人和术后病人的营养支持,其所含的微量元素对于病人的生理机能起着及其重要的作用。采用硝酸作为消解液,利用微波消解的方法处理肠内营养粉,原子吸收光谱法测定K,Na,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu和Zn八种元素的含量,方法的标准曲线线性关系良好(r=0.999 2~0.999 8),回收率(n=6)在97%~103%之间,RSD值(n=6)在0.46%~1.12%,能用于肠内营养粉多种金属元素的同时测定。该法具有检出限低、灵敏度高、快速、准确的特点,用于实际样品测定的结果令人满意。为此类药品的质量控制提供方法上的保障,为临床合理用药提供数据支持。 Enteral nutritional powder(VIVONEX) is mainly used to provide nourishment for critical patients and those patients who have just undergone surgical operation.Microelements included in it exert significant influence on the patients' physical functioning.In the present paper,Enteral nutritional powder was digested with HNO3 by microwave digestion.After that,the content of eight metal elements in it,K,Na,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn,was determined by FAAS.With the good linear correlations of standard curves(r=0.999 2~0.999 8),the recovery(n=6) ranging from 97% to 103%,and the RSD(n=6) from 0.46% to 1.12%,the method can be applied to simultaneous determination of several metal elements in enteral nutritional powder,and offers advantages of low detection limit,high sensitivity,speediness and accuracy.The determination of metal elements in samples by this method gives satisfactory results.Hence,the method helps to guarantee quality control of this kind of medicine,and supplies statistical evidence for the safety of clinical drug use.
