摘要
近些年来,在党政负责干部的称谓上出现了以"官员"职务相称取代同志、公仆的泛化现象,产生的不良的社会影响是不容忽视的。党政负责干部以"官衔"相称,以当官作为从政的理念和资本的社会现象,其实质是"官本位",就是以政治权力为中心,对政治权力的向往、追求以至崇拜的社会心理和社会文化。当前严重的问题是教育自称官员的党政领导干部,才能更好地身体力行"公仆"论,永葆干部的公仆本色,彻底杜绝"官员"说,进一步加强党与最广大人民的血肉联系,更加巩固党的执政地位。
In recent years,the appellation of the Party and the government cadres and officials has appeared to be called by their titles instead of calling comrades.The adverse social impact caused by the generalization of the public servants can not be ignored.The Party and the government carders and officials called by their titles show a political concept and capital society phenomenon,and its essence is the ＂official position＂,i.e.political-power-centered,showing a desire for political power and the pursuit of social psychology as well as social culture.The current problem is educate the carders who call themselves ＂officials＂ to better practice the ＂public servant＂ view and to keep the eternal qualities of the public servants,and to completely eliminate the ＂officials＂ saying so as to strengthen close ties between the Party and the majority of people to consolidate the party＇s ruling position.
