摘要
本文基于注塑模具三维设计工作过程和UG软件的功能特点,提出了UG环境下注塑模具设计体系结构。基于此体系结构,以电流线圈架为例,阐述了从模具方案的确定到模具结构的三维设计再到模具运动仿真的完整过程。
Based on the process of three-dimensional design of injection mold and UG software features,this paper has proposed the architecture of the mold design,and explained the complete process from the determination of mold scheme to the three-dimensional design of mold structure and to the simulation of mold motion,based on the architecture and taking current winding shelf as an example.
