摘要
目的观察中药舒和方对肝胃不和型功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)患者临床症状及生活质量的改善作用。方法将60例肝胃不和型FD患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例,分别采用西药多潘立酮和中药舒和方加减进行治疗,两组均治疗4周为1个疗程。观察并比较两组临床总体疗效及单个症状治愈率,并采用功能性消化紊乱生命质量量表评定两组患者治疗前后的生活质量。结果治疗组临床总有效率为90.0%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05vs60.0%);治疗组胁肋窜痛、饮食减少、嗳气和大便不爽的治愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.05,或P<0.01);治疗组在不适、饮食、睡眠、日常活动、忧虑和压力方面的因子分显著提高(P<0.01),且显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论舒和方治疗肝胃不和型FD具有较好疗效,并可明显改善其生活质量。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Shuhe Fang,a traditional Chinese prescription for incoordination syndrome between the stomach and the liver,in improving the quality of life(QOL) and ameliorating clinical symptoms in FD patients with liver-stomach incoordination syndrome.Methods A total of 60 FD of liver-stomach incoordination syndrome were averagely randomized into control group and treatment group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with domperidone,while the patients in the treatment group were treated with modified Shuhe Fang.The treatment course of both groups was 4 weeks.The total clinical effects and the cure rates of single symptoms were observed and compared between the two groups.The QOL was evaluated using Functional Digestive Disorders Quality of Life Questionnaire before and after treatment.Results The toal effectiveness rate was 90.0% in the treatment group,being significantly higher than 60.0% in the control group.The cure rates of migratory pain in hypochondrium,decrement of diet,belching,and poor defecation in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group.After treatment,the scores of discomfort,diet,sleep,daily activity,anxiety,and pressure in the treatment group were signifcatly higher than those before treatment,and they were also significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusion Shuhe Fang has obvious effects in treating FD of liver-stomach incoordination syndrome,and it can obviously improve QOL.
