摘要
目的分析研究标本溶血对生化检验结果的干扰和影响及对策。方法应用日立7020全自动生化分析仪检测50份正常人不溶血和溶血血清中的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL),直接胆红素(DBIL)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA)、葡萄糖(GLU)、总胆固醇(CHO)、三酰甘油(TG)及血钾(K+)等14项生化指标。结果溶血血清中的ALT、AST、TBIL、TP、LDH、K+的测定值明显高于正常血清测定值(P<0.05);UA、GLU测定值低于正常血清测定值(P<0.05);DBIL、ALB、BUN、Cr、CHO、TG测定值未见明显改变(P>0.05)。结论溶血对较多的生化检验项目有明显的干扰影响,应尽量避免或减少标本的溶血,使检验结果更准确可靠。
Objective To investigate the influence and countermeasures of specimens hemolysis for biochemical results.Methods 50 people was detection for serum with without hemolysis and hemolysis,the detection contains biochemical indicator with alanine aminotransferase、aspartate aminotransferase、bilirubin total、bilirubin direct、total protein、albumin、lactate dehydrogenase、urea nitrogen、creatinine、uric acid、glucose、total cholesterol、triacylglycerol and serum potassium by automatic biochemistry analyzer of RILi.Results The alanine aminotransferase、aspartate aminotransferase、total bilirubin、total protein、lactate dehydrogenase serum potassium with hemolysis is higher than without hemolysis(P0.05),uric acid and glucose is lower than without hemolysis,others with no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Hemolysis of biochemical inspection items have obvious interference,It should try to avoid or reduce the specimen hemolysis to make more accurate and reliable results.
