摘要
为实现采用催化燃烧法对甲醛进行净化处理,采用化学镀法制备Pd-堇青石蜂窝陶瓷整俸式催化剂,并对催化剂进行表征和活性评价。结果表明:化学镀法可以实现纳米Pd微晶颗粒在堇青石蜂窝陶瓷载体上均匀负载,焙烧后Pd0与载体结合牢固,具有良好的抗振荡性和热稳定性;500℃焙烧的Pd-堇青石蜂窝陶瓷整体式催化剂的催化活性最高,在甲醛质量浓度为0.4-10mg/m^3。空速为1500-6000h。的条件下,催化剂具有良好的活性。
The catalytic combustion method was used for the purification of formaldehyde. Pd-cordierite monolithic catalysts were prepared by electro- less plating method. The catalyst was characterized and had active evaluation. The results showed that Pd nano-particles were obtained and dispersed symmetrically over cordieritc substrates without the coating. PdO had a strong adhlhesion to the substratc and it had a good anti-vibration and thermostability after calcined. Pd-cordierite monolithic catalysts had the highest activity calcined at 500 ℃, the catalysts had a good catalytic activity in large rage of formaldehyde mass concentration of 0.4-10 g/m^3 and space velocity of 1 500-6 000 h^-1.
