摘要
结合渝州特大断面隧道扩建施工现场监控量测实例,通过对地表下沉、拱顶下沉、周边位移监测数据的分析,阐明扩建隧道与一般新建隧道的差异,并针对这些差异提出适合扩建隧道的施工方法及2次衬砌施工时间。通过对钢支撑内力、围岩压力、锚杆轴力监测数据的分析,对渝州扩建隧道现有结构设计进行验证,同时阐明扩建隧道的围岩变形规律及围岩的松动范围。研究的方法、分析和结论可为其它扩建隧道工程的设计、施工、监测和进一步的理论研究提供参考。
In combination with example of supervision and measurement on expansion construction site of Yuzhou Tunnel with extra large section, this paper expatiates differences of expanded tunnels from general new tunnels via analysis for monitoring data of surface subsidence, arch top settlement and peripheral displacement, and proposes construction methods suitable for expanded tunnels and construction time of secondary lining based on these differences. Based on analysis for monitoring data of internal force of steel support, wall rock pressure and axial force of anchor rod, the paper verifies existing structural design of Yuzhou expanded tunnel, and meanwhile expatiates rules of wall rock deformation and range of loose wall rock in expanded tunnel. Methods of research, analysis and conclusion can provide a reference for design, construction, monitoring of other tunnel expansion projects and further theoretical study.
