摘要
空分系统的能耗水平,既体现空分系统本身设计、制造水平,也取决于实际运行过程中的操作。本车间空分装置主要是为造气工序提供氧气和为脱硫脱碳工序提供氮气,由杭州杭氧有限公司成套提供。采用分子筛净化空气的带增压膨胀机、液氧自增压,上塔采用填料塔,全精馏制氩的流程。装置设计生产能力为氧8000m^3/h。根据设备和生产环境的实际情况,在满足造气车间用气量的前提下探索适合的节能降耗方法与途径,以达到空分设备运行能耗最低的目的。
The energy consumption level of air separation system embodies the advanced level of the ASU system technique and design, also depends on the actual operation of the process. The device offers mainly the oxygen for the gas-making process and the nitrogen for the desulfurization and decarbonization process. This unit is provided by Hangyang Limited Company. The design production capacity of oxygen of the device is 8 000 Nm3 / h. According to the actual situation of the equipment and production environment, under meeting the need of the gas-making workshop, the best energy-saving methods and ways should be developed to meet the requirement on the lowest energy consumption of air separating equipment.
