钢帘线生产过程中产生的废水含有大量的铅、铜、锌、铁等重金属离子,在污水处理过程中,理论计算最佳沉淀pH、完全沉淀pH和实际值均有差距,两性金属返溶现象和理论值有一定差异,碱性物质的投加量具有不确定性。以电镀车间排放的酸性废水为试验对象,利用氢氧化钠溶液调控酸性废水的pH,分析化学沉淀法处理电镀废水时,pH调控与杂质残余量的关系。通过试验检测与理论计算得出:当pH为8.5~9.0时,清液中各金属离子质量浓度满足国家标准;当pH≥9.0时,铅、铜、锌、铁等重金属离子已完全沉淀。
The wastewater discharged by steel cord production contains plenty of heavy metal ions like lead, copper, zinc, iron, etc. During the process of wastewater treatment, there are gaps among the optimum precipitation pH of theoretical cal- culation, complete precipitation pH and actual values, difference between redissolving phenomenon of amphoteric metal and theoretical values, and uncertainty in injected volume of alkaline materials. Taking the acidic wastewater discharged by the electroplating workshop as test object and using sodium hydroxide solution to control the pH of solutions to analyze the rela- tionship between pH control and the amount of residual impurities when treating electroplating wastewater with chemical pre- cipitation method. Through experiment test and theoretical calculation, finally obtaining the following conclusions: when the pH is 8.5 - 9.0, the concentrations of different metal ions in the supernatant meet the national standard ; when the pH ≥ 9.0, the heavy metal ions such as lead, copper, zinc, iron,etc, have completely precipitated.
