摘要
针对数码印花技术对增稠剂流变性的特殊要求,对基于改性聚丙烯酸酯共聚物酯的数码印花增稠剂的流变学特性进行研究,掌握了各种改性剂、消泡剂等添加剂和温度对其流变性能的影响。结果表明,聚丙烯酸酯共聚物酯改性增稠剂呈现假塑性流体的特征,其体系的性能对电解质具有相对的稳定性,受非离子表面活性剂的影响较小。用幂率方程对流变曲线进行拟合,并对其进行一元非线性回归。用Arrhenius方程可以较好地描述温度对聚丙烯酸酯共聚物酯增稠剂流动特性的影响。
As the special rheological properties are required for thickeners used for digital printing,the rheological properties of modified polyacrylate thickener for digital printing were studied and the influence of additives such as modifiers and antifoamers and temperature on its rheological properties was obtained.The results showed that the modified polyacrylate thickener presents pseudoplastic characteristics,is relatively stable to electrolytes and less affected by non-ionic surfactants.The flow curve was fitted with exponential mode and processed with unary linear regression,and the Arrhenius equation can better describe the influence of temperature on the fluidity of polyacrylate thickener.
