摘要
以二苯酮和季戊四醇为原料,在固体超强酸催化和无溶剂条件下合成了季戊四醇双缩二苯酮.考察了催化剂用量、反应物摩尔配比、反应时间对缩酮化反应产率的影响.结果表明,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的0.9%,季戊四醇与二苯甲酮的摩尔比为1∶2.4,反应时间为8 h时,季戊四醇双缩二苯甲酮的产率达73.4%.
Benzophone pentaerythritol ketal was synthesized by condensation of benzophone and pentaerythritol,catalysed by solid superacid and without solvent.The influence of quantity of catalyst,ratio of reactants,and reaction time were investigated.As a result,the optimal conditions for this reaction were obtained as follows: the catalyst amount was 0.9%,wt% of the whole reactant,molar ratio of pentaerythritol to benzophone was 1∶2.4,reaction time 8h.Benzophone pentaerythritol ketal yield was up to 73.4%.
