摘要 结合模糊控制的智能性与常规PID控制的可靠性,针对花旗松的微波-真空干燥工艺建立时间序列下的自回归滑动平均数学模型,设计一种Fuzzy-PID自整定控制器,采用模糊推理的方法实现PID参数的在线整定。应用Matlab/SIMULINK工具对干燥窑常规PID控制和fuzzy-PID自整定控制进行仿真,通过分析与比较得到:fuzzy-PID自整定控制器的阶跃响应曲线具有上升快,稳态性能好,过渡过程时间短,超调量小的优点,控制特性满足系统的要求。能够提高木材干燥过程的控制水平,有效地保证木材干燥质量和降低能源消耗。 Model of auto-regressive and moving average(ARMA)model was established in a time series for Douglas's microwave-vacuum drying process.A fuzzy self-tuning proportion integration differentiation(PID) controller was designed on the basis of theoretical analysis of wood drying control procedures,combining with fuzzy control's intelligence and conventional PID control reliability,and fuzzy inference method was used to implement a PID online setting.Based on Matlab/SIMULINK tools for simulation,by simulation,analysis and comparison of conventional PID and fuzzy self-tuning PID control of drying kiln,it shows that the step response curve controlled by fuzzy self-tuning PID rises fast,has steady performance,short transition process time,small overshoot and other advantages like this,and control features meet the system requirements.It is important for the theoretical study and practical significance to increase the wood drying process control level,guarantee the wood drying quality effectively,and decrease energy consumption.
