摘要
在丙三醇存在下,以FeSO4·7H2O,LiOH·H2O和H3PO4为原料,采用水热法合成了橄榄石结构的纳米棒状LiFePO4。产物结构与形貌用X射线衍射、红外、扫描电子显微镜、能谱分析测试技术进行了表征。讨论了反应时间、温度、混合溶剂比例对产品形貌的影响。结果表明,当V(水)/V(丙三醇)=2∶1时,在180℃反应24 h可以得到长200-600 nm,直径约100-200 nm的棒状LiFePO4,且颗粒分散性好。
Olive-type Lithium iron phosphate(LiFePO4)nanorods were synthesized via hydrothermal reaction in the presence of glycerin with FeSO4·7H2O,LiOH·H2O and H3PO4 as raw materials.Structures and morphologies of products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),infrared spectrum(IR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS).The influences of experimental conditions such as reactive time and temperature,the ratios of mixture solvent on the structures and morphologies of products were investigated.The results showed that the optimal experimental conditions were determined as follows:the volume ration of 2:1 between water and glycerin,reaction temperature of 180℃ and reaction time of 24 h.The products were of nanorod-like structure with a length of 200-600 nm and a diameter of 100-200 nm,and LiFePO4 particles were monodispersed.
