摘要
针对某砖混结构房屋的开裂现象进行了探析。通过对该砖混结构裂缝状况的调查与分析,结合其地基基础以及结构整体垂直度检测结果,初步判定开裂是温度应力所致。然后,基于有限元方法,对该结构进行了温度应力仿真分析。仿真结果表明,结构在平面体型转角处存在温度应力集中现象,与该砖混结构实际裂缝分布情况吻合。
The cracking phenomenon of a brick structure is discussed and analyzed.Through the investigation and analysis of the situation of the cracks in this brick stru cture,combined with its detecting results about the foundation and verticality of the brick structure,it is initially determined that the cracking phenomenon was due to thermal stress.Then,based on finite element method,the thermal str ess of the brick structure is simulated.The simulation results show that there are thermal stress concentration in the corners of the structure,which are cons istent with the actual crack distribution.
