急性心肌梗死溶栓时间对临床疗效的影响分析

摘要 目的分析并探讨急性心肌梗死后溶栓治疗时间对治疗效果的影响。方法回顾性分析我院自2009年12月至2010年11月期间采用尿激酶对患者不同时间溶栓的治疗效果。结果全部70例患者的溶栓时间,在发病2h内再通率为80.9%(17/21),在发病2～6h内再通率为52.0%(13/25),在发病6～12h再通率为25.0%(6/24)。出现再灌注心律失常者占61%(22/36),其中9例患者为室性早搏,4例患者为频发房性早搏,3例患者表现为加速性室性自主心律,3例患者表现为窦性心动过缓,2例属于短阵性室速,1例属于Ⅱ度房室传导阻滞。结论溶栓治疗时间越早,血管再通率就越高,治疗效果越好。
