摘要
目的:观察血府逐瘀汤加味治疗急性心肌梗死后心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:对42例急性心肌梗死后心绞痛患者采用血府逐瘀汤加味煎服每日一剂,每7天为一疗程,配给常规西药扩冠、抗凝、抗血小板、钙离子拮抗剂等治疗。结果:两个疗程后临床症状明显改善。结论:血府逐瘀汤加味治疗急性心肌梗死后心绞痛疗效显著。
Objective：To observe the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of post-infarctionAngina.Method：42 cases of post-infarction angina patientst akingXuefu Zhuyu decoction once daily and conventional western medicine.7 days for a period of treatment.Result：After two courses,the clinical symptoms were improved significantly.Conclusion：Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction is effective and safety mean for treating post-infarction angina.
