摘要
文章归纳了门诊护理人力资源配置存在的问题,即:护理人力资源不足、配置比例不合理、结构不合理、护理队伍不稳定。在此基础上,针对存在的问题提出了相应对策,即:增加编制,解决护理人员短缺问题;按需设岗,合理配置门诊护理人力资源;分层管理,充分发挥各级护士职能;体现价值,提高护士的劳动待遇。
The article summarized the problems of the nursing human resources in outpatient departments, such as lack of enough nursing human resources, unreasonable proportions of allocation, unreasonable structures and unstable team. According to these problems, the corresponding countermeasures were put forward, namely increasing the proportion of nurses to solve the problem of nurse shortage, identifying positions by needs to reasonably allocate clinic nursing human resources, implementing hierarchical management to fully display the function of all nursing staffs, improving wages and benefits of nurses to appropriately reflect the value of nursing work.
