摘要
目的探讨护理岗位分类管理在护理管理中的应用与效果。方法在严格界定护理岗位的基础上,按劳动强度、技术要求、岗位责任及工作风险等要素,将全院护理岗位分为4个等级加1个特殊护理岗位,并将护理人员的绩效工资与晋升等福利待遇与护理岗位挂钩,实行以岗定酬,按岗取酬。结果实施护理岗位分类管理后,护理人员工作满意度提高;离职、转岗、调科的护理人员减少,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论实行岗位分类管理有利于调动护理人员工作积极性,稳定护理队伍。
Objective To explore the application and effects of classification management of nursing positions. Methods Based on the strict definition of nursing positions,all the nursing positions were classified into four levels and a special position according to work intensity,technical requirements,position responsibilities ,work risks ,and other factors. The wage and benefits of nurses were linked with their positions. Results After the implementation of classification management,the job satisfaction of nurses was significantly higher than before,and the number of nurses resigning and transferring to other positions or other departments was reduces (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Classificalion management of nursing positions can help to mobilize the enthusiasm of nursing staff and promote the stability of nursing teams.
