摘要
目的探讨目标式健康教育在肠造口患者中的应用效果。方法对46例肠造口围手术期患者实施阶段式目标健康教育,比较实施前后患者健康知识达标率以及对护理工作满意度。结果患者健康知识达标率和对护理工作满意度明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论对肠造口患者围手术期不同阶段应用目标式健康教育,可以提高患者及家属参与治疗的积极性,增强教育效果,有利于患者术后康复。
Objective To explore the methods and effects of targeted health education in colostomy patients. Method A total of 46 perioperative colostomy patients received targeted health education in different stages. Health knowledge and the satisfactory degree of patients to nursing work were collected and compared before and after the education. Results The pass rate of health knowledge and the satisfactory degree of patients were increased, the differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Applying targeted health education in different stages of perioperative colostomy patients can improve the patients and family's enthusiasm to participate in treatment, enhance the effect of health education and promote patients'recovery.
