摘要
目的探讨护理流程管理在脐血干细胞移植术中的应用及效果。方法成立脐血干细胞移植流程管理小组,制订相应的护理流程并组织实施。结果患者及临床医护人员对干细胞移植室护理满意度高。结论护理流程管理保障了脐血干细胞移植术的治疗效果,杜绝了护理并发症的发生,可参考和借鉴。
Objective To explore the effects of nursing process management in patients with umbilical cord blood stem cell transplantation. Methods The measures included setting up the management team, developing the relevant nursing process, organizing and implementing the process. Results The satisfactory degree of patients and clinical staff to the stem cell transplantation room was high. Conclusion Nursing process management was referring which can ensure the treatment effect of the umbilical cord blood stem cell transplantation, and reduce the incidence of nursing complications.
