摘要
为满足超高温深井的作业需求,从瓜胶的优选、稳定剂的优选、交联剂及促进剂的用量等方面对超高温压裂液的配方进行了室内研究。结果显示,所研制出的压裂液体系可满足于200℃高温深井的压裂需求,且该高温压裂液体系与其他的交联体系相比具有更好的剪切稳定性、热稳定性以及耐温性,破胶水化更加彻底,且对岩心渗透率的伤害程度较低。
To meet the operating needs of ultra high temperature deep.Some interior research will be do to the ultra-high temperature fracturing fluid from the aspects which is the optimization of guar gum,the optimization of stabilizer,the amount of crosslinker and accelerator.The results show that the fracturing fluid system can meet the fracturing demand of high temperature deep at 200 ℃.And it has a better shear stability,thermal stability and temperature resistance comparing to other systems.It can break the plastic more thoroughly.And it also has a low damage to the core permeability.
