摘要
目的探讨小剂量多巴胺与前列地尔联合治疗对早期糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法 90例糖尿病早期肾病DNⅢ期的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各45例,在常规降血糖、降血脂治疗的同时,对照组给予前列地尔(凯时)20μg加入生理盐水100ml静脉滴,每日1次,连续两周;治疗组在对照组的基础上增加小剂量多巴胺(2μg/kg/min)静脉滴3h,每日1次,连续两周。在治疗前、治疗后检测肾功能各项指标。结果治疗组和对照组经过2周治疗后24h尿蛋白和尿β2-微球蛋白均有非常显著性降低(P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应轻微。结论小剂量多巴胺联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病早期肾病有临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the curative effects of low dose of dopamine and alprostadil in the early stage of diabetic nephropathy.Methods 90 patients with the early stage of diabetic nephropathy of DN III were randomly divided into 2 groups,including treatment group and control group with 45 patients in each.The patients were treated with alprostadil 20ug per-day and low dose dopamine or just alprostadil for two weeks.Then the urinary albumin excretion rate,blood urea nitrogen,and serum creatnine were detected before and after the treatment.Results The levels of urinary albumin excretion rate,blood urea nitrogen,and serum creatinine of the patients were obviously decreased in the 2 groups（P0.01）.The data of treatment group were better than those of the control group（P0.05）,and the side effects were very little.Conclusion The combined treatment of low dose of dopamine and alprostadil is effective.
