摘要
采用超音速等离子喷涂技术制备两种不同制粉工艺且粉末形态不同的WC-12Co粉末,借助Spraywatch-2i热喷涂粒子测温测速仪、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪等手段,研究了WC-12Co粉末形态对涂层组织、成分、性能及工艺的影响。结果表明,烧结破碎型WC-12Co粉末与结构相对疏松多孔的团聚造粒型WC-12Co粉末相比,在等离子射流中的分解较轻,涂层组织更致密,硬度较高且分布均匀。
Two kinds of WC-12Co powder with different morphology and processing technology were used as feedstock for supersonic atmospheric plasma spray (SAPS). The effect of powder morphology on the microstructure, composition and properties of WC-12Co coatings was characterized with sprayingwatch-2i, SEM and XRD. The results show that compared with the spheroidal, agglomerated and sintered WC-12Co powder, the sintered and crushed WC-12Co powder with higher density takes on less decomposition in the plasma jet, lower porosity rate, higher hardness and homogenous distributing as well.
