经外周动脉心输出量监测系统在临床上的应用及其评价

摘要 出量是反应心功能的重要指标。对于大手术和心血管功能差的患者,准确测定心输出量及其相关血流动力学指标,有利于及时反映心血管系统状态并指导治疗。肺动脉漂浮导管测定心输出量,一直被认为是判定心功能的金标准,但由于费用昂贵,
