摘要
以被征地农民利益为出发点,分析我国征地制度中存在的问题,结合国外经验,从征地目的、补偿方式、征地程序等方面提出完善我国征地制度的思考。
Take the interest of farmers whose land is requisitioned as a starting point,analysis of the problems in land acquisition system,combined with foreign experience,from land acquisition purposes,compensation,land acquisition procedures and other aspects of improving China＇s land system thinking.
