摘要
为科学便捷地评价不同地区的水利现代化综合发展水平,提出应用属性识别模型和熵值法确定样本属性值和不同指标之间权重的方法,并用该评价方法对全国及4个典型省份的水利现代化综合发展水平进行评价。评价结果与实际大致相符,也与模糊聚类迭代等方法的评价结果基本一致,验证了该方法的合理性。
To scientifically and conveniently evaluate the comprehensive development levels of water conservancy modernization in different regions,the attribute recognition model and the entropy weight were put forward to recognize the attributes of samples and the weights d of different indices.By means of the proposed method,the comprehensive development levels of water conservancy modernization in four typical provinces were evaluated.The results coincide with the actual circumstances and approximately agree with those obtained by the fuzzy clustering iterative method,and the rationality of the model is validated.
